How can I request a refund?

For taking the refund against your product, you need to send an email on support@shopeepoint.com regarding refund having a genuine reason.

After getting your mail, we will check your problem, and then we can refund your order.

Note:

A refund will be given if the product is damaged or product delivery is over 10 days from placement of your order.

How can I use a coupon code?

For applying the coupon code you need to add a product into the cart then go to the checkout page, you will get an option of have a coupon click here to enter your code.

Do you ship worldwide?

No, we do not ship worldwide. We are limited to just India.

What payment methods are available?

We only have online payment method, you can also pay us from Paytm, BHIM UPI, Net Banking etc
